Travel Fee Policy

A travel fee may be charged for mobile notary appointments based on the distance traveled from our business location. Travel fees are separate from Florida’s notary fees and will be discussed before your appointment is confirmed.

Additional charges may apply for:

Sunday appointments
Waiting time exceeding 15 minutes
Emergency or same-day appointments

A price estimate will be provided before your appointment.

Notary Appointment Requirements

To ensure a smooth appointment, please review the following requirements:

All signers must be present at the time of the appointment.
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for each signer.
Documents must be complete before the appointment. Blank spaces should be filled in unless instructed otherwise.
Documents must NOT be signed before the appointment unless specifically instructed.
The signer must be willing and mentally aware of what they are signing.
We reserve the right to refuse service if Florida notary laws cannot be followed.

Printer Setup Service

Bridgeway provides basic printer installation and troubleshooting for homes and small offices.

Service Disclaimer

Bridgeway provides basic technical support only. We are not responsible for hardware defects, manufacturer issues, software incompatibility, or internet service interruptions. Additional visits may require additional service fees.

Home Office Organization

Home Office Organization Disclaimer

Bridgeway provides organizational assistance and administrative support. We do not perform construction, electrical work, furniture assembly requiring specialized tools, or moving of large or heavy furniture. Clients are responsible for supplying any storage containers, office supplies, or organizational products unless otherwise agreed upon.

Bridgeway proudly serves clients by appointment. Mobile services are available within our service area. If your location falls outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply. Contact us for availability and a personalized quote.
